This is very simple. Just choose your timezone, so that our open times show in your timezone.

Then Choose at least 2 times that are convenient for you.

Then on the last page, in the subject, put your company name or your personal name and "-Appt", so we know who the appointment is with at a quick glance. Example: "Harrah Chiropractic -Appt" OR "Dr. Damon Coffman -Appt" (Leave off the quote marks those are there for you only as an example).

Once we get the notice, we'll review the times and choose one that is also convenient for us. once we select it, then it adds it to our calendar and notifies you via email.

If Our Booking System says, "Closed", We are currently Booked up for the next two weeks. However, Call Us and we'll do our best to work you in!
